The reception area will be cleaned each service to ensure you give your customers and visitors the best first impression possible.
Glass Doors: All entry glass doors will be cleaned inside and out each service.
Window Sills: All window sills will be dusted weekly.
Furniture: All furniture will be dusted and/or wiped daily as needed to maintain the highest level of cleanliness. Magazines will be put away and organized in an orderly manner.
Blinds: Blinds will be dusted weekly.
Counters: Reception desk/counters will be wiped daily with an approved cleaner.
Tile Floors: Floors will be swept and/or vacuumed and damp mopped each service.
Carpeting: Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed each service.
Special care will be given in these areas to ensure all employees and executives have a clean environment to work in.
Dusting: All desks, file cabinets, copy machines, tables, bookshelves, etc. will be dusted on a regular schedule as needed.
Desks: All cleared desk tops will be damp wiped weekly. Computer monitor tops and bases will be dusted weekly, as well as other desk items, i.e. picture frames, calculators, etc.
Telephones: Telephone headsets will be wiped with an approved disinfectant weekly, and the keypads dusted to not damage the telephone’s electronics.
Window Sills: All window sills will be dusted weekly.
Blinds: Blinds will be dusted on a monthly basis.
Carpets: All traffic areas will be vacuumed daily, and a thorough edge-to-edge vacuuming done weekly.
Tile Floors: All traffic areas will be swept/vacuumed daily and spot mopped with a thorough edge-to-edge damp mopping done weekly with an OSHA-approved cleaner.
Trash: Trash will be collected and removed daily. Trash lids will be cleaned, and trash liners will be replaced from the customer’s inventory as needed or requested.*
Recycle: We are very “Green” friendly and will take out your recyclable items if you have a program in place.
Finger marks: All smudges around door handles and light switches will be removed as needed, as long as it does not affect the general appearance of the area or cause any damage to the wall or paint.
Interior Glass: Interior glass will be spot cleaned as needed with a thorough quarterly cleaning.
Drinking Fountains: Drinking fountains will be cleaned and sanitized daily.
Baseboards: Baseboards will be dusted monthly.
High Dusting: All picture frames, shelves, partitions, etc. within reasonable reach will be dusted on a monthly basis. Cobwebs will be removed as needed.
Furniture: Furniture will be dusted, vacuumed, or wiped on a monthly basis as needed.
These areas will receive extra care to keep them in a clean, sanitary condition.
Tile Floors: Tiled areas will be swept/vacuumed and damp mopped each service with an OSHA-approved cleaner.
Carpets: Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed each service.
Dispensers: Towel and soap dispensers will be restocked each service from the customer’s inventory.*
Refrigerator: The refrigerator will have the outside doors cleaned each service, the top cleaned monthly. The interior cleaned on a separate basis by customer request and cost.
Furniture: Tables, chairs, and countertops will be wiped each service with an OSHA-approved cleaner.
Cabinets: Cabinet doors will be wiped as needed.
Trash: Trash will be collected and removed daily. Trash lids will be cleaned, and trash liners will be replaced from the customer’s inventory.*
Microwaves: Microwaves will be cleaned and wiped daily.
Extra care will be used to maintain a clean and sanitary condition of the restrooms.
Tile Floors: Tiled areas will be swept/vacuumed and damp mopped each service with an OSHA-approved disinfectant and cleaner.
Fixtures: Toilets, seats, urinals, and sinks will be cleaned and sanitized each service. All metalwork will be cleaned and polished.
Dusting: Partition tops, ceiling vents/fans, and vanity light bulbs will be dusted as needed.
Mirrors: Mirrors will be cleaned each service.
Trash: Trash will be collected and removed daily. Trash lids will be cleaned, and trash liners will be replaced from the customer’s inventory.*
Supplies: Toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap will be restocked each service from the customer’s inventory.*
Exam Rooms: Each exam room will be thoroughly cleaned as the other areas but include sink cleaning and restocking of the towels and hand soap from the customer’s inventory.* Extra care will be given to maintain a higher level of cleanliness and sanitization by using OSHA-approved disinfectants and standards.
*Supplies: We can purchase and bill you separately for toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash liners, air fresheners, sanitary napkins, seat covers, etc., as an optional service if desired.
